Fresh This Week
 

Spinach- a sure sign that spring has arrived.  The fields are full of over-wintered spinach and we will have an abundance of it throughout the month of April.  We've been impressed with its sweet flavor and long shelf life.  Great for salads, cooking, or adding a nutrient kick to smoothies
