Each CSA pickup day, members will find eight items available in that week’s share. How much you take home depends on the share size you choose:

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership between a farm and the people who value real, local food. Members purchase a share in advance of the season, providing the farm with crucial early-season support. In return, the farm provides a weekly share of fresh, naturally grown produce throughout the harvest period.

By joining our CSA, you help sustain a local, family-run farm committed to soil health, natural practices, and regenerative agriculture. You also enjoy a diverse selection of nutrient-dense vegetables, grown on land cared for with intention.

Every CSA share includes a weekly email newsletter with recipes, storage tips, farm updates, and highlights of that week’s featured produce.

 Our CSA shares reflect the full rhythm of the growing season at Ollin Farms. Members enjoy a diverse mix of fresh vegetables grown for flavor, nutrition, and seasonal variety. While every week is a little different depending on weather and harvest timing, here are many of the crops we grow throughout the season.

arugula, salad mix, spinach, baby lettuce mix, head lettuces, Asian greens, bok choy, Napa cabbage, kale, Swiss chard, collards, mustard greens, microgreens

basil, cilantro, dill, parsley and other seasonal herbs

carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, potatoes, sweet potatoes

green onions, sweet onions, storage onions, leeks, garlic

heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, eggplant

slicing cucumbers, pickling cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, green beans

watermelon, cantaloupe, winter squash, pumpkins

snap peas, rhubarb and other unique crops grown for flavor and diversity throughout the season

In addition to what we grow on our farm, we also partner with other trusted Colorado family farms to supplement CSA shares with seasonal fruit and specialty items. In past years, this has included Palisade peaches, apples, cherries, greenhouse tomatoes, and sweet corn.
